Nice to meet you, I’m Elizabeth!

I’m a Physical Therapist & Cranio-Sacral Therapist here to help you and your babies thrive.

It’s a privilege to be invited into your life as well as the first months and years of your children’s lives; supporting and partnering with you as an encouraging team member — pinpointing exactly how to help you and your little one.

Babyhood in our house wasn’t easy, and our expectations of how a newborn would affect our family were quickly met with reality. However, I know that babies (and parents) don’t have to be miserable. I also personally benefit from Cranio-Sacral therapy and know firsthand how it can help adults in their wellness journey. This belief is why I specialize in Cranio-Sacral therapy.

There’s no shortage of data showing that touch is an important part of healing, and through CST I get the honor to be part of that healing through hands-on therapy.

With over 20 years of experience, I’m confident that your journey can be both healing and enjoyable.

Hands down the best pediatric therapist and I cannot begin to say enough about her. Elizabeth uses evidence based research and is one of the most calming, genuine & loving people I’ve ever known.

My Start

When I was in 7th grade, my dad and I were doing the can-can when he slipped, breaking his ankle. I accompanied him to physical therapy and noticed that both the therapists & patients were enjoying their time. I decided then that this was what I wanted to do and would do whatever it took. I started building relationships with other therapists and volunteered over 1,000 hours before completing high school.

My Family

I met my husband Jim at the University of North Carolina on the first day, in the first class of freshman year — we’ve been together ever since. He even proposed at Carolina so you could say our blood runs Tar Heel Blue. We have an amazing son Will who’s adventurous, kind, compassionate, and incredibly talented. We’ve always called North Carolina home and love exploring with our dog Jules.

My INTERESTS

I’m an adventurer at heart and enjoy trying new (vegetarian) foods. In my free time, you’ll find me at church or anywhere in nature — boating on the lake, scuba-diving in the ocean, digging in the dirt with my nephews, and opening all the doors and windows to let the sun in. The way to my heart is through flowers, flowers, and more flowers and if I had to choose between the ocean or the mountains, I’d pick a different question.

She genuinely cares for her patients and wants what is best for them. She is so good at explaining her method of treatment and also making recommendations of things to do at home to help after treatment.
